Windows 10 is compatible with the best intel processors models, Core i3, i5, i7 and i9. Windows 10 compatibility with Intel Core i9 allows the utilization of the 8-core, 16-thread monster desktop processor which offers high-end graphics card and effective cooling system. Intel Core i5 is a cheaper processor which enhances Windows 10 with 6 cores, 12 threads and a boost clock speed of up to 4.8GHz. Intel Core i7 offers improved superior integrated graphics engines. The processors that come with Windows 10 have the capacity for Hyper-Threading which creates virtual cores that operate in a way that another processor with more cores would operate. Hyper-Threading in Windows 10 processors offer usability for heavy multitasking and handling heavy rendering software. Windows 10 comes with higher-end CPUs that have higher speed clock speeds and also a larger CPU cache. The large CPU cache is used in the store of data handled by the CPU. The large cache also allows the windows to operate more smoothly under pressure.

Instruction-level parallelism on Windows 10 involves dynamic parallelism where the processor decides at run-time on the instruction to execute in parallel. Task parallelism is type of parallel computing supported by Windows 10 in which there is parallelization of computer code across multiple processors that runs several different tasks on the same time and same data. The last type of parallel computing in Windows 10 is the Superword-level parallelism that involves vectorization that exploits parallelism of online code.
How devices are managed and maintained (disks, memory, tape)
Windows 10 has a feature that automatically performs basic system maintenance tasks within a customized schedule. The automated tasks include disk optimization and defragmentation among the diagnostic tasks. There is also a feature on Windows 10 that allows automatic clean up of the hard drive. This ensures that there is always plenty of space on the hard drive by getting rid of old files and most temporary files and any stuff not needed anymore. Windows 10 operating system utilizes storage sense, which automatically cleans out temporary files and cleans up the recycle bin. Storage sense manages disk storage in Windows 10 and offers automatic clean up of things safely which is very conservative about what it deletes.
Memory management in Windows 10 is performed by the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool which finds the root of the problem in memory management error from the computer’s memory. Windows 10 allows the optimization of virtual memory which fine-tunes the performance of a computer. Windows 10 has the memory manager feature that compresses memory to reduce the amount of memory used per process. In Windows 10, Pagefile is system file with the .SYS extension stored on the computer’s system drive. The Pagefile is responsible for the storage of data of the electronic memory. Using the memory compression features in Windows 10, saves about fifty percent of pagefile activity. Pagefile increases the speed of Windows 10 through making data available in a compressed form. It is decompressed when required and utilized.

File Manager used by the OS
Windows 10 file management involves the arrangement of data in isolated storage. Data is saved directly to the file system on the windows on isolated storage. Windows 10 has many areas where application can access to store and save data inside a file. APP package folder contains all installation app files by the package manager and other files related to the apps. The package folder stores anything from images, SQL, xml among other types of files. Application data folder contains three primary sets which include, local folder, roaming folder and Temp folder. The local folder allows applications to store local data through creation of a file or folder within it. The roaming folder on Windows 10 gives a storage for settings and properties related to the application. Temp folder offers temporary storage which has no guarantee and data may get lost in a reboot.
In file management, there is the credential locker which is folder that gives secure storage of password credential including roaming setting and credential pairs. Windows 10 allows the storage of credential across different device and ensures is completely secure through encryption. Publisher share folder is a new file management feature in Windows 10 that allows the share of data through publish cache. It offers shared storage for all applications from the same publisher as well as publish cache sharing the data across applications for the current user while keeping the data inside the user boundary. File management in Windows 10 has the file picked provider applications that show how an application provides files, a save location and real-time file updates. The File open and save allows the user to pick files in the provider app control and save new files in the storage of the provider.
File naming conventions (number of characters, maximum length, case sensitivity)
In Windows 10, long file name support is enabled which allows file names up to 32,767 characters considering there are a few characters that are mandatory for the part of the name. In windows 10, the networking APIs are improved in terms of speed and memory performances. It is required that appropriate capability elements of the application manifest which are specified on the application for the networking capability to work. Windows 10 uses networking capabilities such as internetClient, internetClientServer and privatenNetworkClientServer. On windows 10, internetClient capability provides outbound access to the internet and networks in public places. Network types in Windows 10 involves public network, private network and Domain network. Under the public network, a public network type is picked and strict firewall rules which protect the security of the operating system from being compromised. Private network on Windows 10 allows you communicate freely within a personal network where the firewall rules are relaxed compared to the public network. Windows 10 also allows the use of Domain network through request of permission. Domain network is utilized by large organization in the corporate sector and governments.

Personal Evaluation and Review
From a personal viewpoint, Windows 10 is still the best operating system with its compatibility with personal computers, tablets and devices such as embedded devices and internet of things devices. Windows 10 more built-in capabilities that improves corporate IT department through allowing the use of mobile device management software in securing and controlling devices that run the operating system. Windows 10 is the best in terms of windows security which integrates support from multifactor authentication technologies. Windows 10 has four licensing structures which offer security and stability updates that are crucial in patching security holes, protection against threats and running the operating system smoothly on a monthly basis.
