Select a cardiovascular or respiratory disease process (hypertension, heart failure, dyslipidemia, ischemic heart disease, asthma, COPD, or pneumonia) and discuss how the patient’s lifestyle and environment impacts the disease process.  

Identify evidence-based pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions appropriate for the selected disease process.
