Teachers’ leader assumes critical roles and responsibilities in the lives of learners in the classroom. The overall role of a teacher is to impart knowledge and skills to the learners. To achieve this role, a teacher should have extensive knowledge and a thorough mastery of content in their respective area of specialization. These roles can be allocated officially or informally purposely to build capacity for success. Since teachers can play varied roles, several teachers can assume the responsibility of being a leader among their colleagues. Therefore, there are a number of leadership choices available for teachers to enhance the success of the schools. One of the important roles of a teacher leader is to help other trainers in the implementation of the curriculum.
