The Asian patient in question is 86 years old, who is dependent on his daughter financially and physically. He has health problems which include hypertension, GERD, vitamin B12 deficiency and chronic prostatitis. He feels he is a burden to his daughter. He comes to the office for an annual exam and requires a complete history and physical.
