Abstract
People get involved in many incidences throughout their day to day duties. Some of the issues experienced can pose a danger to the life of a person, thus causing crisis. The government of each country has to establish a team that contains these issues when they emerge. Team members should be creative and well informed about the problem so that they can come up with best solutions. Each phase of the crisis requires effective communication through cooperation of the members of the crisis management team. Evaluating the components of every stage of the emergency assists in initiating strategic plans to restrain it. In this analysis, the aim is to show a recent crisis in the United States. The recent immigration crisis is selected for the analysis. The paper examines what happened during the crisis and the communication plans initiated during the incident.

Immigration has been one of the significant problems for the United States government in many years. People from other countries have a dream of settling in the US so that they can have a decent and successful life.
