Largely, it was difficult to find how to create the lesson plan. For example, I had to come up with the theoretical arguments and standards critical in the lesson planning. The teaching plans are required to improve the preparation for quality lessons and class programs. The nature of the assessments and its planned modifications were important in in shaping the tools and procedures useful in achieving the learning objectives. However, after the design of the framework of the lesson plan, it provides the clear guideline in the preparation of the lesson for the 1st grade students. Having the diagram and the subheadings included in the lesson plan made it easy to understand the lesson plan process.

In the future, while preparing for a reading lesson, I will involve the parents and children in a participatory engagement to select the instructional strategies and the deal with the anticipated issues in developmental teaching and lessons. I will also prepare early and engage the diverse persons in planning for students’ lessons effectively. In spite of all, I will research widely and diversely from the different sources.

In the next lesson plan, I would want to learn about the modern trends in teaching reading. In the recent times, there have been new models of teaching children. I will focus on learning the new styles and designs of teaching the children. I will also aspire to work with other people in understanding how to teach reading. Teaching children how to read is a significant aspect in promoting the process of reading. I will learn to teach reading through working with the children closely and consulting modern tutors and educators on the best models. I will also continue to work with children and other persons who are focused on improving learning in the society.
