Evaluate the issues with policy development and creating a workable solution for the market and non-market approaches to increasing the need for more pharmaceutical manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. Examine why more pharmaceuticals must be manufactured in the Kingdom, what the government has done to increase this, and other nongovernmental means that might strengthen this endeavor.

Embed course material concepts, principles, and theories, which will require supporting citations along with at least one scholarly, peer-reviewed reference in supporting your answer. Keep in mind that these scholarly references can be found in the Saudi Digital Library by conducting an advanced search specific to scholarly references.
