Over the past 12 weeks, I have had the privilege of completing my practicum placement at a local community health center under the guidance of Nurse Practitioner Jane Doe. This experience has allowed me to apply my developing clinical skills and knowledge while caring for a diverse patient population. Achievement of Goals and Objectives
