 Criminal justice organizations in many cases, like the U.S. Military, are viewed by some citizens and certain politicians as an area of public service in which social experimentation and/or political points for constituency groups can be scored as well as mild attempts at political patronage.  Criminal justice administrators should always be aware of issues of diversity in the work place as well as any changes in trending demographics that may have a major impact on the culture of the community.  With this in mind please write on the issues of workplace diversity and community culture.
