Carol has reported cases of being overwhelmed by work. She has reported fatigue and exhaustion as indicators of overwhelming tasks. Her supervisor insists that she must collect and analyze data, carry out administration tasks, prepare for lessons, providing extra academic help, discipline and grade the students.
