In this assessment, your e-portfolio will focus on showcasing your growth and achievements in alignment with the following course competencies:
Competency 1: Lead people and processes to improve patient, systems, and population outcomes.
Competency 3: Transform processes to improve quality, enhance patient safety, and reduce the cost of care.
Competency 6: Collaborate interprofessionally to improve patient and population outcomes.
Competency 8: Integrate professional standards and values into practice.
For each competency, complete the following within your e-portfolio:
Create a dedicated section within your e-portfolio for each competency, clearly labeled with the competency number or its description.
Select two artifacts (assessments) that you believe best exemplify your accomplishments or growth related to the respective competency, and place them in the corresponding e-portfolio section.
For each competency, compose 2–3 paragraphs explaining how the chosen artifacts illustrate your accomplishments or growth in that competency. This explanation should enable reviewers to easily comprehend your achievements and strengths. Place this text in the corresponding e-portfolio section alongside your selected artifacts.
