Epic EMR training is very essential to healthcare organizations which have a plan using information technology system. The main object of the author is to train users of HCI on its phases. Besides, the author is trying to drive home a point on how the four phases of the HCI life cycle work. The phases include planning and training readiness, implementation, stabilization and transition and live customer training support and user optimization. On the same note, the training is essential because it helps users of the system to understand how the system works as well as how to use it. Nonetheless, the methodology used in this training is project method where organizations are taken through different phases and their functions. In conclusion, Epic EMR training helps healthcare organizations to familiarize with HCI and it is important to be undertaken.

Purchasing EHR can be very difficult when one does know what to look at when looking for the best. The author of this article is aiming at helping health organizations interested in using the system to understand and know the features to look at in order to purchase a quality EHR. Comparatively, the features are helpful when it comes to understanding the capability, design and cost of EHR. Furthermore, the author as used observation and discussion methods in his work. The characteristics of EHR are well discussed and observable making it easy for organizations to make the best choices. Above all, quality is one of the basic factors considered by many when buying items. Understanding all the features of a quality system to use in an organization will help cut on maintenance costs and help in affirming to use that is meaningful.

With the development of healthcare organization information systems. CDC was introduced to ensure that communication in health organizations were well catered for. The authors of this article had an objective of enabling organizations understand the meaning of CMC and how it is used. Correspondingly, the author has explained the correct rules to be followed by organizations to bed able to qualify in using CDC in their systems. Additionally, specifications on requirements that critical access hospitals (CAHs), hospitals and professors who are eligible should meet in order to qualify in using payment incentives of EHR. In fact, it also educates them on how to downward payment adjustments can be avoided under incentive program of EHR. Generally speaking, understanding meaningful use of CDC and rules that organizations have to follow in order to have it in their systems makes it possible to access more types of information technology that supports different practices setting and care.

Generally, the work gave an outline of different factors which are related to the use of EHR. As a matter of fact, the EHR system has its strengths. Similarly, healthcare organizations which have successfully applied this system have exhibited improved and quality service delivery.
On the same token, the system is advantageous in that it seeks to help healthcare organizations improve time spent on patient interaction and documentation. Consequently, this will help in giving care that is of high quality to patients. As a matter of fact, the author employed search strategy as a method used to carry out a comprehensive literature search on various databases over many years. Likewise, this strategy used particularly focused on medical subject headings and databases. In conclusion, EHR implementers are mainly focused on the efficiency of time. The incompetence of time is only the obstacles organizations are facing when trying to attain successful implementation of the system. But the system can also be used to carry out other activities such as maintaining patient’s reports and accessing patient’s charts. Besides, the system can lead to improved communication among caregivers and this can be measured by patient’s outcomes.

Similarly, the system is strengthened for some reasons. Firstly, the software and functional views of HSP are planned in an architectural layer. This enables interference of external systems with HSP with the aid of REST/JSON and SOAP. Secondly, HSP multi-tenancy is made in a way that it enables database sharing through schemas that are separate in a single application. Thus, the physical location of healthcare data on a cloud can be easily placed as per the regulations used. Lastly, CDS services allow categorization of rule-based aids for knowledge, registration alerts, and medical services. Specifically, this system will help healthcare organizations to deliver quality care to their clients within the shortest time possible and at low costs.
Moreover, the system is important because it seeks to enable monitoring of emergency medical systems, important information concerning patients and home-based healthcare services. The system will also help in carrying out bioinformatics research. For example, it can be used for genetic testing and cancer imaging analysis. Nonetheless, the system enables an organization to highlight challenges and opportunities in healthcare organizations in terms of security, legality, management, and technology. As a matter of fact, the author used an analysis method to examine HSP architectural needs such as security, privacy, cloud SaaS, business services and its interface. For example, in the SaaS cloud-based service, the focus was on CDS, mobile and basic function services. Besides, Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing was the one used in the analysis. Unquestionably, most health organization are using information technology systems to ensure the delivery of quality care and services to patients. These systems come with high maintenance costs. Hence, there are high expectations that with the use of HSPs that are cloud-based will make it easy for small, middle and large sized healthcare organizations to improve their services. Contrarily, these will come with cheap maintenance costs and system operation that are low.
